These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Later Notes mobile application ("App") operated by LTR Dev. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, LTR Dev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control.

2. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create. The App and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of LTR Dev.

3. User Data and Backups

Your data is stored locally on your device. The App provides an optional cloud backup feature using your personal Google Drive account. We do not transmit or store your personal user content on developer-owned servers.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services like Google Sign-In and Google Drive. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding the reliability or security of the App, though we strive for excellence.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.
